It could take that long to be contacted and it will likely be a few days for the refund to finalize after processed, though that depends mostly on the payment method used.

I wanted to try the 7-day free trial, but when it ended it automatically got my ₱1990 it didn't say it was going to get the diamond membership and now my parents are angry

It should have a conformation email or something to accept the diamond membership not just get the money out of our banks.

It was the only money I had the "₱1990" I want a refund.

And isn't it ironic the it got the most expensive one rather than the cheapest one like I would understand if it was the gold monthly but no it had to be the most "expensive" one the diamond yearly. 🤬

If the support tool said you'd be contacted, you'll get contacted but it could take a few days.

hi I canceled my subscription last month and they gave me a free trial for a month yesterday they then took R199 please refund me i did not renew my subscription

You have to put payment information in or confirm I believe if you previously had a payment method.

I've never used this membership, since free use ended, so please i hope you refund my money. The claim was made around 8:00 p.m. on October 21, 2025, so I checked it now. Please help me with the refund after checking.

There is no email contact for Support any more.
