Winning on time, the new meta in chess.
At the very least the amount of points for this type of (win) should be limited to 3 points maximum.
I don't find it toxic, especially at lower levels. Chess is as much about using time wisely as it is strategy.
Your not wrong, I agree, but its the premise of a thing, I get win by all means argument, but theres a fine line with winning by a second or too while, not playing a beautiful game, or tactics or idea, and then forces me to also just move in a random direction really fast, then is it even chess or internet connection speed?
I can't stand the I'm down 18 points, but if I just move left to right here I can win on a couple seconds in this game I clearly lost. It screams I'm pathetic its not chess, its toxic and seems to be the new win strategy here. I can understand this in bullet, blitz, but now its also in the rapid pool, in my opinion its the scum bags gambit and should be labeled as such.
