Yes. Absolutely. That is how you play the king's gambit. Best opening ever. If you play that you will lose lots of games, but win lots of money when you gamble on them. ;)
Can you beat this? Black has captured nothing, and white has everything except for a queen captured.

With Lucas Chess (the program) you can set a chess engine to play the worst move it finds, maybe I can run up two Stockfishes 6 (the better the engine is, the more it will know which one is the worst) and play against each other.
