Grob (1.g4) is theoretically the worst, but probably more an asset than a handicap at normal levels of play. King's Gambit might be the worst from a practical perspective, as almost all the variations are easier to play for black. Bird's Opening (1.f4) is quite risky too. I would advise not to play any of those openings. There's no need to weaken the king side in the opening, you can play f4/g4/h4 later, if you feel that's to your advantage.

actually now for me, for white its g4 but for black its the DAMIANO, why tho?? it allows an immeadiate knight sac and then the queen checks the kings, if the block then they lose the rook, or if they do some moves after that, mate is coming..
