Writing PGN Files

I have some games I played over the board today.  All the moves are written on a piece of paper, and I'd like to copy the game to file complete with moves, names, dates, other tournament details, etc so I always have a record.  I get these PGN files off chess.com already done for me all the time.

I use Arena with Houdini.

Basically, I'd like to have a soft copy record of all tournament games I play.  What is the easiest way to do this.  Thanks!

You can use ChessPad http://www.wmlsoftware.com/chesspad.html or you can manually write the PGN in Notepad.

I have winboard.  I can edit the file and visually enter the games and save them as PGN.  I wish I could remove forum topics...I figured it out.  Thanks for you help.
