1) Look for members (eligibility) carefully
2) Win the trust and confidence of all the members
3) Try to keep regular interaction with all of them
4) Do whatever it takes to keep ur group ALIVE
5) Keep the members of ur group involved in various activities available
6) Coach the juniors with the help of seniors
7) By doing all this stuff, keep on chasing the status of THE BEST GROUP
8) AND DONT LISTEN TO ALL OTHERS WHO MIGHT NOT AGREE WITH YOU.......... oopes........ sorry............ listen to all others (non-members) but DO ONLY WHAT YOU THINK IS THE BEST.

It interesting! I am Super Admin at 70 Groups, so I have to study a lot How to Manage them!
Just please serious advices! This forum is not for kids of Super Admins!
Every Spam of kids may be reported to their parents, kinder garden, school... And it will be a time, with No more candy, involving in spare time...

Get underling admins, then sit back and watch the group flourish. Only intervene when it looks like there might be a hostile take over or if there is a problem
So, the Super Admin has jsut fun, or some obligation, responsibility for own child-Group?
Focus on Super quality or Partners?
Shall we kick out not qualified, low rated, low active, outrageous, not fit...?

Uh, I think your asking me why I'm asking AWARDCHESS why he's sad. You don't need to be in more than seventy groups, no one needs to be in more than ten groups. Anything more than thirty groups, and you forget about them. It's just not necessary and mainly for egomaniacs.
Make fun for your Groups! Serve them!
