You Accidentally Set the Board up Backwards. What do you do now?

Scenario. You are playing in a tournament. You shake hands with your opponent (both have been tested for Covid, of course), start his timer... But oh no! you have set the board up backwards! All yout pawns are just one square away from promoting! But the game has started, and the TD will not let you restart. So you must play. What is the best strategy in this position?

White Plays Nf6 first move. Black MUST play Nc3 or he gets mated in 2 moves via Nf6-g4-d6.

For Example, 1.Nf6 Nc3! 2.Ng4 Ne4! and black stops the mate. I would have to imagine white being better here though.

Board setup looks fine.

Yep, looks fine to me, too. Ignore any board letters or numbers.

The letters and numbers on the side of the board have no legal meaning, so the setup is legit. I have seen players accidentally start a game with the king and queen switched (K on d1/d8, Q on e1/e8). I'm not sure what the rules are there, once play has  started

I think you tell the arbiter and he decides if you should restart the game or keep playing
