So I want to insert an image I click the specific button I choose the image I want to insert. I press upload and then the Choose File button turns gray and it won't let me upload the image. I even went into a new tab. It won't let me.

I'm on wWindows 7, I know, very old. I press Alt+Printscreen. I go to Paint, I do the changes that I want. I save it and when I want tot upload it here it won't let me. I don't know why.
It could be the file size or too large or your browser version isn't supported anymore. What's browser and browser version? What's the exact file extension?
