** Technical difficulties **

Thanks Kohai for your reply.
I tried it but it didn't work.
I get page is loading - and it doesn't enter the site.
I had a bright idea to install Explorer IE-based tab in google chrome. This works. But I don't enjoy it since it makes the game slower.
I forgot to mention that I did/do delete the cookies via google chrome & via ATF cleaner. This might help. But then it goes back to same old thing of not letting me play.
I have to try different efforts of loading via IE than chrome.
Pressing play - pressing watch - nothing happens
loading my page again
and only after some time I am able to play naturally.
Note before some time I didnt get this - it worked fine.
This is my bookmark:
live.chess.com/simple?v=2012020101#

This is how it looks like
There might be some sort of setting / resolution problem
I played around with the chess board size , etc.

I press Watch or play
and nothing happens
Actually I press play and a screen comes up asking me for how long a game
but it doesnt start ..

Ok to avoid confusion between private messages, support tickets and here - I'll reply to your message :)

In post #5 it looks like you successfully created an open seek. Perhaps it's just taking a while for people to accept? Make sure your rating specifications are reasonable.
As for the some of the other problems, maybe it's just your connection.

- have repetetive moves - see your move done twice
Same thing here (a few days ago). But I think everything became alright after I used C cleaner.

AHA I finally managed to replicate this last night.
husky do you recall if just prior to this happening you were watching any live games?
Had anyone on /follow
Multiple game tabs open?
Also, when you left live chess prior to this issue, did you use the logout button top right or just close the browser.
It is very important you give as accurate responses as possible please.
One thing I did notice is that while this issue happened for me on FF9, and I wasn't able to find a way around it last night on that browser, it did let me log in using Chrome.

Thanks Kohai for your help !! :)

It is possible YES -- i do watch other games / follow / multiple tabe yes for archive
not for games as I can't log in more than once

Thanks .. it was taking forever to seek unlike before
rating was fine :)

I considered using FF -- I might do it eventually :)

husky, as I said via messages, until we get this fixed,
if you leave one computer - remember to log off live chess before logging in via a different pc or browser.
If you're still unable to view live chess from the problematic one, use a different one and it should then work.
We know what caused this now so should have it fixed soon.
Hello,
Anyone else encounters technical difficulties ?
* In google Chrome - explorer is fine but there I have a lag ..
* strange stuff happening
- can't log in to live chess
- once log - cant play nor watch games
- get black & white playing board
- once play - don't have sound
- have repetetive moves - see your move done twice
Anyone have these - how to fix it ?
Thanks
