10% Timeout

I can't join some tournaments because it says I have a 10% timeout rating.  How do I fix this?

Don't timeout in any of your games.  Also, becoming a member will provide automatic timeout protection.

I have never used a timeout.  One time I was in a tournament and I forfeited my games because I could not access them for 2 days other than that I always play.

You don't use timeouts. In chess timeouts use you.

I appreciate your help.  I usually just play my friends on facebook, I guess they don't count those games against my percentage.  I have never even seen the page you linked me too.

do you think that the "booze" in your name has anything to do with it?
