In a 1v1 tournament if the score is 1-1 which player will be advance player from that group ? for example 1700 vs 1200? which will be advance when score over 1-1 , tie breaks and scores are equal?

aah ok thanks, is it same 6(2)->2 or 10(1)->2 sth like that can 3 player advance?
