4 requests for help, response, response, nothing but crickets

Tried to get help with setting up a tournament.  The offsite resources are old and dated.  Chess.com have updated and changed many things.  The directions to set up tournaments are very ambiguous.  Are they short of help?  It seems to me they should have someone fielding questions or perhaps tournaments are not a priority for them.  The last build that I made for the tournament it just won't post.  I was able to join.  none of my club members can find it.  

Anyone have any ideas?

If you opened a ticket it could take up to a week to get a response, but should be quicker.

As to tournaments, could you clarify exactly what you were trying to do and what the problem is?

5 members play each other twice , total of 8 rounds max 4 simultaneous 5 days per move

If you provide that link to them they should be able to join if they meet the requirements. There's also a link on the side panel to Invite Players

lol, I have provided it. During the second request. They really are short people or sleep!

I mean the players you want to join. Send them the event link or use the Invite link, or both

I invited them inside the club directory. couldn't find an invite link on the page only a post
