4th Consecutive Month of Inaccurate Rapid Stats - Bug Reports Useless, No Response, No Courtesy

So, I'm now into my 4th month where my Rapid Stats have been wrong. Numerous bug reports and forum posts have resulted in the following:

Absolutely no response from chess.com - either explanation or apology, let alone a solution.

Those of us who actually pay membership fees deserve better than that. What other organisation would charge fees, and yet provide no accountability or treat their customers which such disdain?

I find it hard to believe that I'm the only one who has this issue.

I have tried to be courteous in explaining to you why I believe the developers have not responded directly to you.

The main thing is that there are hundreds of millions of members . Many of them , like you, want personal attention. If they take the time to respond to even a small number of the posts made on the forum, their day will be quickly gone.

@Justbefair why are you posting a bunch of codes? Couldn't you just write normally?!

He's not. Beta has a new editor being implemented, which can cause issues occasionally.

@Justbefair - At least you respond to me, but you are always defending the indefensible. I'm not just talking about response to forum posts. I am talking about inaction with bug reports as well. I wouldn't be posting on the forums if the bug reports were acted upon.
My stats need someone to refresh them and then the problem would go away. Do you really think that takes so much effort?
Can you give me the name of one other organisation that charges membership fees, and does not respond to their members complaints? If it is too much for chess.com to handle, then don't expect money from members. If the problem is too hard to fix, or is in the process of being fixed, then tell us.
Doing and saying nothing is never good enough.
If you are going to respond to my posts in future, do me a favour and offer me a positive solution. Otherwise, stop aggravating me further by making it out that somehow I am the one in the wrong for pointing out an ongoing flaw and wanting it fixed.

If you're using the bug report tool, through Support, you won't get contacted unless staff needs additional information. If you use the support tool to open a ticket with Support directly, that will get a reply.

Thanks Martin. I normally get stuck with that AI Chessica bot and then end up having to report a bug which gets me nowhere. Today, I got this response instead when I typed "support ticket. " I have never seen this response before. Either this is a welcome change, or typing "support ticket" is what it took. Hopefully this issue will be finally resolved soon.

I'd hoped to be able to help you immediately, but it looks like I'll have to pass this conversation on to a human teammate for expert analysis!

While I wait for a response, today the Rapid Stats went crazy. 3 more games disappeared, and my record win streak was also cut back by 3. It is so strange.

The 48 hours passed and no chess.com "support" specialist responded. I'm not surprised. Maybe 4 months is too short a time to endure a bug. Perhaps I should come back in 4 years instead and I might get some "support." What a joke!
