502 Error Again and Again

Hi everyone,

What is happening with this 502 error that keeps coming up? Lost at least 2 games just today because of it ( or at least i guess I did since the game wouldn't let reconnect so i guess i aborted?) - my internet works just fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Since it's happening multiple times, even though the bug report window shows that is being worked on

If the games were lost instead of aborted, you should contact support and they can probably refund rating loss.

Though what do you mean if it was lost instead of aborted? The error doesn't let me make my move but my timer still runs down. If I try to refresh, I'm directed to the error bug screen and I am guessing the game screen will display the auto abort timer and I lose because I aborted, even though I didn't abort?

If it shows in your archive as a loss in the game where that happened and you lost rating. If the game never made it to the archive it was aborted and didn't resul in rating loss.
