A never ending chess game
Hello Fares.
There is no bug here, it's only about the vacation policy. Tell your friend to watch closely the vacation days of his opponent. He will notice that each time his vacation is one day less. The opponent is a paying member. He has 123 concurent games. When one of his games reach 30 minutes limit, auto-vacation triggers. When he is coming back, he puts himself out of vacation. He is losing one day of vacation, but adding 24 hours minus the time spent in vacation to his active games.
If I did not expressed myself satisfactory, search on the chess.com forums about the new vacation rule, or search the chess.com help.
Best regards

It is strange though. It doesnt reach 30 minutes and 24 hours isnt added. I have seen it jump from over 30 hours to 3 days again. Isnt that strange?
The opponent logs in i noticed so if this is normal behavior then i guess it falls under vacation abuse:

Hi,
My friend claimed that the time of his opponent on the following game
http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=58375030
keeps resetting.. i didnt believe him until today. Yesterday there were 2 days left...today its 3 days again and with no moves made. And its been like this for around 5 days.
Is it possible that the opponent knows when to trigger this bug because i find it strange that it happened one move before the checkmate.
Please somebody look at the matter.
Thanks
