Yes, you're correct; it's not that important, but, I curiously checked my 'Megaphone' after seeing this inquiry of yours. And, what I found is...
I received my 'Megaphone' on 6-Feb-18...
...and, I started on 24-Jun-14.
Believe me; I 'say' soooo much [in clubs, forums, announcements, articles, notes, messages etc.], still, I took about 3 years and 7 months to get my 'Megaphone'!

I think that's close to when achievements were released. I got it shortly before and probably due to being in the beta
