Make sure staff knows cause stuff like that counts against you.

I was playing a game yesterday and suddenly it said Chess.com was down for maintenance and to try again later. I tried and after a while I was able to log on again. It penalized me for abandoning a game, when it was the system that logged me off. I know it's only a few points, but I didnt abandon the game.
