I could absolutely understand this opponent and his negative emotions, since our country (his & mine) not live in peace. I just want to know how did he ask the system for aborting. What I need to do if I want to abort a game because of any kind of reason? (Abusing report..?)
Any non match or tournament game can be aborted by either player before both players make their first move. When a game is aborted, they way you describe it is correct, it is as though the two players never met for that game. The game is gone, and no ratings or statistics are affected.
