If you just let your time run down instead of resigning, then your account was flagged automatically for fair-play violation. Your opponent had nothing to do with it.
Just because your opponent is a jerk, that doesn't mean you have to stoop to their level. Prove yourself to be the better person and courteously resign, then block and/or report them.
