How to report if I encountered any abusive opponent who abuse over chat
there is a report option in the chat , you that
I try to do that (report player) but nothing happen so I doubt it will help you Nits09IN. It looks that no one care and the best way is to block person who send you abusing messages. You can do that with the three dots option menu.

Unlike cheating..chess.com doesn't just ban for abusing . Who knows..they are probably muted and restricted.. and you do not know..After all..others don't get to know if some account is restricted
