Accidental yearly membership, instead I wanted 1 month, 1 year refund request

Hi, there was an accidental purchase, I am sure I clicked 1 month only, then I see it charged the whole year, can you please fix this for me? I also then changed it to 1 monthly subscription, it charged the whole year first, so then I activated it to say 1 month, I canceled the 1-year plan and switched to 1 month. Then it said 0 HUF and it will end on September 8th. This happened on the 1st of February. I intended to sub for 1 month, not a whole year. 

I filled out a refund request with all the details. Can you confirm I will most likely receive a refund? I sent the refund request too and on my gmail. I responded to support@chess.com email too in the case with details. They sent an automated response. Which is a good sign I think. This was gonna be my first purchase that isn't a free trial anymore. Am I good? just need to wait until it's processed? With the current traffic, any ideas when I will receive the refund? what's the earliest and latest (either one of them). Regards. Richard Gonda

If you already opened a ticket about a refund, the site will get handled. I know they have been getting a lot of tickets but my understanding is that the billing staff don't have a large backlog so it shouldn't take long.

If you filled out the refund request, you should get a response in a couple of days

thank you because I accidentally payed for a YEARLY subscription instead of monthly all at once, meaning I payed 109 dollars instead of 16. But thank goodness I can get myself a refund.
