The descriptions you see on v3 are the best you are going to get, for the most part. Depending on when an account was closed, before or after the site added that functionality, the text may be more descriptive.

That said, accounts can be closed for not following the TOS, posting rules and play policies.

What is closed: Inactive supposed to mean? Does a player's account get closed if he/she is inactive for a certain amount of time? If so, I don't think it's a great idea. At the very least I hope that the profiles of these accounts are left accessible, since they can still have some pretty interesting blogs or threads on the forums. I realize that the forum activity of closed accounts doesn't always get deleted (for self-closed accounts it doesn't), but it would still help to have the user's profile intact in the case of closure due to inactivity, so that people can find all of the person's threads and blogs in one place.
