Account disabled and no email sent

My account was disabled and I did not get an email stating why as they say I should.  Any help  would be appreciated.

Be sure to check your junk folders but you can look at the account profile and it will have the general reason along with a link the article that explains the more common causes of that closure type.

If you still don't see the email and the article isn't enough, you can contact support directly using the option in the menu.

I didn’t get an email and I can’t find the article you are referring to. Can you please tell me how to get to it? I can’t login to my account. I can see my account from a different account but I don’t see anything about why it’s disabled. It just has a red X by my name.

Visit the profile and it will show the closure type and a link to the article.
