Only he will be able to have his questions about his account answered. Have him open a ticket (shouldn't need a logon for it): https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

That said, there is always a reason and most of them are due to some kind of violation of the TOS of the site.

I don't think so. Best advice for you is to make him make a new email address and open an account on that. And whatever you do, do NOT let him log on to your computer.
