Account Membership problem
I'm a user named ZartZurtKakacs_1234. I bought a gold account. Payment was made to my card. Now I don't see any memberships in my account. Please check.
If you purchased through the iOS app, it applies to the email address associated with the app store account. If that's different from the account you're posting from, then that could explain it.
As @CoachBucci said, you should contact Support using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing related option
