I just signed up for a membership on Chess.com.  However, I signed up for a year membership instead of the monthly membership that I want. I sent one message that was responded to by telling me to specify which membership I want. I then promptly responded. I have heard nothing and its been two days. Normally I wouldnt care for the delay but I need the money back in my account. Any other way to contact chess.com?

then this is just about your only avenue (short of sending a direct message to a Staff member).

And if you go to that page, you'll notice that Erik specifically requests on his profile that site support issues not be sent directly to him.  I can't blame him, really.
