I closed my previous account by myself . but now I want it to get it .. how so? .. I checked everything.. asked the bot ..but no help ..

In the chat where you asked, make sure you clearly stated the account you wanted to reopen. If it still doesn't give an option to open a ticket, try something like contact an agent
Contact an agent ? Not working. Ive been waiting for a respons for 30 days.

Yes Martin, the bot said i would be contacted withtin days as i stated in the other topic. Ive done this for about 10 times. Never got any reply. This is ongoing for 2 months. Its a disgrace.

Hello guys, This is my old account which I closed and the alexRJ2k24 was my temporary account. They sent me a mail to delete the new one as it was associated with same email .. By the way They reopened my account .. That's great .. See the below one.. I told my bot that I closed the account and now wanna reopen ..it responded that this problem will be given to human agent and it'll took 1-3 days and max 7 days. I hope this will help. Thank you

Ive created a new account since my previous one got banned (same name) for absolute no reason. Im just getting ghosted. I honestly dont care anymore. This site is a joke and im not even playing here anymore. Extremely bad customer service ( if youre lucky you get a response within months) and on top of that the ban for no reason did it for me. Im done with this site.
