Account restricted....why????

Why? I read fair play policies....and i dont do nothing to have a restricted account.

i aborted only 1 time a game aginst a player yesterday evening, because the dinner was on the table.

i begun to play Blitz only last week, only one time ive aborted, but in the last few days, many opponents disconnects the games, losing the games vs me.

why my account was restricted??

i use Android App for play...and restricted account message is appeared.

and is appeared during my last game after some moves...this message is APPEARED DURING THE GAME and i lost last game. this is not serious, an alert in the middle of a game.... :-/

There is a bug in the App that seems i abort a lot of game?? control it, please.

I want know why this problem with my account, or i remove immediatly my diamond account, i dont pay for a restricted account.

and another question;

For a resctricted account, i reiceved only an alert during a gamein the APP..but ive not a site message? a webmaster message?? an email? in my profile nothing is changed, where is the alert, the reasons and the message on my web site profile?

i use Android App with 3g/4g connection, in this 3 days the connectin is not so good, because im in montain, but i never abort a game (only 1 time), and my opponents had problems with them connection, NOT ME, infact i win this games, i dont lost this games (if the problem was MY connection, the games were lost... not win, right?). The signal is not so bad. Ive 3g connection, perfectly working.

i read better the alerts, that appear every game :-/

i think are only alerts, my accunt is not restricted in this moment.

i want to know how mutch time this alerts appears, are very annoying!

Depending on what kind of "alerts" they are, you might be able to restrict them in your account settings under the Home icon.

ok i solved :)

the problem;

if you have not a good connession (in this 3 days my 3g connection was not so good) sometimes chess.com system view like if you did many voluntary disconnections, infqct in my case the guilty is the bad connections, not me :)

however no problem, now im coming back in Rome (good connections) and support has removed my restriction :)

You might open a ticket. I did see at least 4 losses by abandonment in your recent history but haven't checked all the longer games to see how they were resolved. It is possible older games added to newer abandoned games put you over the threshold.

You should be able to play in Play > Computer all you want and there isn't an abort there.

Well, the bots were removed from regular play in Live, so to see their rating beforehand, you'll need to visit their profile to look at it. At some point, they'll likely be removed completely.

 

 The abort/abandonment mechanism doesn't look at anything other that the fact someone is doing it.

You must have a high disconnect/abort percentage still.

 

You might contact support to see if they'll reset that. If your numbers are just against the engines, they may do it.
