For some reason my achievements/awards aren't being tracked. For example I have invited my friend through the invite link to chess.com but I didn't get the "Bring a friend" award. I also love playing four player chess but never got the award for playing it for the first time, same with king of the hill. Is this a bug? and is there a way to fix it?
