Adding title to account

I was just wondering if I need to do anything else to get my title added to my account. I submitted the required info to chess.com/members/submit_title_proof and messaged a staff member about 2-3 weeks ago, but I haven't heard back yet. I wouldn't normally be in a rush, but I was hoping to get the opportunity to play in titled tuesday next week and at this point I'm not sure my title will be verified in time. If anyone could tell me what I submitted incorrectly or help me to get it fixed I would be appreciative.

Have you checked your spam filters? I've read that sometimes staff tries contacting by e-mail and those occasionally get flagged.

I'm pretty sure I didn't get any emails in my spam folder either, have gone through and searched for chess.com emails as well to make sure I didn't miss any. On another note, seems like titled tuesday is today, not next week, so I've probably missed it anyways sad.png.

You might directly contact support and they should be able to check up on it or forward to the person doing the title checks.

Titled members have to submit proof of their title along with official identification.
