Ads randomly opening while I am playing

As of today, it happens almost every click I make on Chess.com, and I'm a Diamond member! It's gotten to the point I don't want to play anymore. Lichess is MUCH better.

Apparently Chess.com doesn't care. I see from this forum that this has been going on longer than I've been a member. That bodes very ill for them. If they're not going to fix this, I hope they lose 1

00s & 1000s of members. Serious players won't stay where they're harassed.

I was just taken to one of those ads that say "your computer has been locked up, do not attempt to restart, call the number below..." This is a scam, if someone calls the number they will probably be asked for personal info by identity thieves. Seriously, chess.com needs to address this.

Got the same a few days ago. I just deleted it and continued. I've seen that message on other sites, too.

The site does not approve specific ads. If you run across bad ads, you should report them.

Staff remove those that make it through the ad provider’s network.

Actually, you're both diamond members and don't get ads from the site. If you are seeing ads, it's likely some malware on your system.

If you see something again, can you screenshot it and DM it to me so I can pass to staff, just in case there may have be some bug presenting ads to you.

If u get this, the below was not allowed to go thru. Pls tell me what is so bad about telling the truth?? What I wrote was the accurate telling of my experience w/o criticism, vulgarity. Just stating how the ads appeared only in CC and only with each tab click. Exact message was "That is not allowed. Please try again." In small script below this box and above the POST button. Pls try to find out WHY and tell me.

The current auto-moderation tool is a pretty simple text match algorithm. There was likely something in your post that triggered the filters.

All my life I have fought against bullying. This is bullying and is offensive itself. I detest being given an ORDER without an EXPLANATION! To every NO, I ask WHY. And not to be smart, I want to learn. Since that auto-moderator won't/can't tell me the reason of the block, that's bullying at its finest. How does CC expect us to learn? Or maybe they really don't.

The site has to use some automated tools, due to the amount of content posted every day. There is work on a better automated system, but filtering content isn't bullying.

I looked all over for a way to contact them but found nothing. I see no option in the menu to the left. Pls tell me where to find the way to this option, and I'll quit bothering you. As long as I don't know what the problem is, I'm bound to repeat it.
