Advertising OTB tournaments on Chess.com

I'm running a local USCF rated tournament on July 10th.  I tried placing an ad on Facebook targeting local people who list chess as an interest and the response has been encouraging.  I'd like to place a similar add on this site as well.  I realize that there is classified ad space available, but I'd really like to know more about the possibility of purchasing an ad that would show in the same manner as the rest of the adds show, and the possibility of targeting this add by location.  It would be nice to be able to show this add to premium members as well, but I understand that this may not be how your business model works.  If the ability to do this does not exist currently I would like to propose that it be added to the development list, as it could be a great resource to members and a potential revenue stream for chess.com.
