Having more than one account is allowed, but only if you write to chess.com support and they approve of your second account. If your teacher wants to play you on chess.com, then that's not the same as you having two accounts though. You play on your account and your teacher creates their own account to play against you.
Why are you banning people from people playing on 2 accounts

one account he played one he cheated on to get better at chess
and i have 2 accounts and i play on both of them

Well, that doesn’t sound like a good teacher anyway. If you want to improve I would recommend you to change teacher and not worry about him being banned for a year.
