Hi there,
I am a chess coach in New England and I would like to advocate for one of my players whose account we believe was wrongfully closed. Is there any particular way to do this, and if so, what does the reinstatement process look like? Also, does chess.com reconsider the closing of accounts? If so, what factors do they consider?
Thanks,

They don't allow cheating related discussions in the main forum. The only place is in the Cheating Forum club.
If you search that forum, you will probably find other similar topics.
