Yes, it is there now. How come someone else has to click it for it to appear?

It should have appeared for you if you had run a full game report.

No matter how many times I click Analysis or Game Report on the game's page https://www.chess.com/game/daily/348959809, I see no accuracy score in the report.

Maybe try clearing your browser cache?

I've seen one topic about someone running the report on the app results in the percentages not to show in game, but if that's not how you're doing it, it may just be a cache issue.
