Aimchess paid account LOST and they offer me to start a new one!

Hi,
For several days now I can't get into my PAID premium account on aimchess!
I use Apple ID to log in to chess.com and aimchess and what's surprising is that everything works fine on chess.com, but on aimchess my premium account seems to have been JUST LOST..
When I try to log in I become a new user without any payment, strike, etc.
It's funny to talk about how quickly the tech support responds, but that's not even the point = the smart one from tech support offers me to create a new account.
when I asked where my account is, which I registered a long time ago, they offered me to create a new one!
what is this??
Why does this happen and how to solve this situation? Where and who else should I write to?
