Alerts?

For some reason, the red thing is not showing, it should show, when I hover over chess.com, I see the alerts but not the red thing that should pop up on the right corner of Chess.com

please help!

try refreshing the page or even closing the page and opening again, but yea chess.com is really buggy

That little red alert dot can be a bit tricky sometimes! If you're seeing your alerts when you hover, but the red badge isn't appearing, try these steps:

1. Clear your browser cache – sometimes old data messes with visuals.

2. Disable browser extensions (like ad blockers or script blockers) – they can block UI elements.

3. Try another browser – just to see if it's browser-specific.

4. Make sure you’re logged in on only one tab – multiple sessions can confuse things.

Also, alerts won't show a red dot unless there's something new, so if you've already clicked through your alerts, it may just not be triggered.

I did not click through any alerts, still tho, the red thing is still not showing

Click on one of the alerts. It also happens in my computer. It does not count the alerts and sleeps.
