There's two different "Help and Support" areas.  There's these forums, where users can help with many of the more common misunderstandings ("my opponent's pawn moved weird," "why was this a draw? I didn't agree to one," and other such things) or other common problems (where the answer often is "clear the cache and reload").  This area is, however, rather unofficial and, while you can get help here, it is not the best way to contact the staff when there is a real problem.

The other place you can try out is the official "Help and Support" page, which is what I presume echecs06 was referencing.  To get there, you can either click on the "Help" link located in the upper-right corner of every page (right next to "Logout") or you can click on the "Help & Support" link located at the bottom of every page (right next to "FAQs").  Both of these links are in the Grey area of the page, and could easily be missed.  Both links take you to the same place.

On that page are many common problems mentioned and links are given to their solutions.  There is also a link to "Contact Support," where you can place an official help ticket.  This is the best way to get hold of the staff if you're having technical issues, as there is no guarantee that the staff are reading the forums at the time that you make your post, and if not, your post could potentially get lost amidst others.

This was resolved on his other thread.
