If you remember anything from elementary statistics, you will know that flipping a coin does not always turn out exactly equal. Over the long run, it should approach 50/50, but results sometimes vary from the ideal by a wide margin. It is possible to get 10 heads in a row. It is also possible to get 70 heads out of 100 flips.
You apparently believe that chess.com should employ some sort of non-random result fixes in cases like yours.
On the other hand, you play a lot of unrated games and have played 2077 rapid games as white and only 197 as black.
What's up with that?
I don't think the pairing algorithm takes unrated games into account.
However, I would try playing all black going forward in unrated games to see if it does.

i seem to always get black pieces in my recent ranked games. I played 15 rankeds these days, 11 out of them were with the black pieces. I thought I might have played white more overall, but i played 30 more games as black in total. Any ideas how it´s possible I still get the black pieces all the time? Annoying af!
