I think, as users we cannot check how many times (we really) we play with black. Very often player doesn't start the game.

You can only choose in unrated games. In rated games, the player most due black in a pairing gets that color. Over the long haul, the allocations will even out.

You might try changing your move method. If you're using drag, try click move
