Analysis board freezes

The analysis board regularly freezes the entire browser-tab and never recovers (have to close the tab, which sometimes takes minutes).

This doesn't seem to be related to running reports or similar, just going through the moves of a game eventually causes the issue.

This happens on both my MacBook Pro and my PC with Windows 10, both uses Chrome. Both computers should be specced well enough (16gb ram) to be able to scroll through moves..

Had to regrettably get a premium account on chess24 for now since this feature is broken for me on chess.com...

I believe this is related to the engine always running in the background and sometimes getting stuck, eating all available memory. Reducing the depth it searches to seems to reduce the problem.. But for some reason it not possible to completely turn off, so can't confirm it fully.

Switching to Firefox seems to resolve it. Interesting.

Im not sure why this is not mentioned more
The analysis on Mac safari freezes the browser and you either need to quit out of safari or quit the thread that is running the chess.com application
