analysis boards in workout comments don't show up

In the comments to the computer workouts, analysis boards don't show up for me. All I see is the spinning loading graphic, indefinitely. I can see user inserted analysis board in forum posts, in comments on the daily puzzle, etc.

Being new to the site I thought I would first try out the "analysis board & editor" (under Resources) to set up a position from an endings book to study.  However, no luck in trying to do so.  Anyone willing to offer any suggestions as to the exact procedures.  Maybe I am expecting the analysis board & editor to be similar to say, Fritz 12?  Any help  would be appreciated.  I don't know...maybe I should just give up chess. 

If you're ready to give up chess at the first hurdle then you've seriously underestimated the task and maybe should call it quits.

If you're using Firefox or Internet Explorer you could try hitting Ctrl and f5 simultaneously, wait a few seconds, then try the workout again.
