Analysis Problem

I posted this in the analyze section but no moderator/help responded. If you're one of them, please respond to this. (P.S please excuse the capital letters; I was sorta mad,) (I still could-sorry)

This should be fixed!!!!! Everytime I analyze, I get a response of can't do that. This never happened before my membership. I've never got this issue before I purchased a membership. Even when I don't have OK wifi.

I Should Not Be Buying Membership For This To Happen And NOT Able To Do Analyze W/O Hitting 'REVIEW BUTTON" PLEASE GET THIS FIXED. It's making me angry and not want to continue membership. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE MOVE ON THE ANALYZE PAGE AND GET RESULTS. NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH REVIEW. This keeps happening and I got over with this annoying thing to be reported.
