I've had to turn off notifications in the new Android app. Now instead of "It's your turn" we are getting individual notifications for each active game. I've only got 5 games running and it's annoying. I dread to think what it'll be like when the 20th tourney begins.

Annoying app. Keeps alerting me. Any way to get rid of it? Moving it to trash does not help!

The notifications you get on the android come from the notifications settings within the android itself.

Settings / Display / Notification Flash

Settings / sound / Notification sound

version 2.0.8 again with the excessive notifications....makes the chess.com notifcation sound of a piece being set on the board at least 1 time every 20 minutes if i don't check it..............grrrrrrrrrrrrr notifications are now turned off...again

Versuib 2.0.8: constantly getting notifications. I'm getting a 'your turn' every few minutes. I clear the notification and get the notification again a few minutes later. Far too many notifications
