When the latest app update was released, did you install it over the one on your device ? or did you close the app, completely un-install, then install the new app ?
Can you go into settings /applications /manage applications / chess.com
then look in the top right corner and tell me what version it says?
Also, which type and version droid is it?
I will have to reinstall it at this point. I was set for automatic updates so I do not know which version was on here at that time.. the phone is a brand new Motorola photon 4G with the newest android version installed..2.3.4 I believe. I uninstalled the app because now it started telling me I was making "illegal moves". I have been using this phone playing on your site for over a month and this is the first trouble I have had...albeit a nasty one
version 1.941.....I hope the shutdown a few minutesago fixes this. I saw what it did. took a move from one game and applied it to a different game. Really?! sigh.....
There seems to be a very nasty bug in your latest android phone app. It comes up to my move then it says "it's not your move" kicks me back to the main screen then when I went back to thje game( after making moves in other games) it showed a move that I had not entered. This is extremely frustrating. I pay a fair amount of money to be a premium member here but if this continues I will take my business elsewhere. yes, I am very frustrated
