Android chess program is buggy

I'm frequently getting errors from the Android chess program, and usually I can exit the program and the errors will go away.  Yesterday, however, I had a situation where I made a move in one game (Kf1) and the program made the move in one of my other games.  This caused me to lose a piece in the second game.  Is there a way to take back the move in the second game?

I agree the android chess.com app NEEDS WORK.

I have the samsung moment.

  • Now, if I'm not white, I have to manually "flip" the board every time . This is very annoying since I have approx 35-40 games going at a time.
  • It force closes a lot. About every 3-4 times of opening the app
  • Chats don't appear (I never know when someone sends me a chat)
  • Games should show what type of game (ex: tourney or Lets Play)

I would also like to see more features in the app.

  • Add friends
  • Challenge non-friends (people you have played before)
  • Send / receive trophies
  • Send receive messages
  • Opening trainer
  • Show stats & tourney info outside of browser

After all it is 2010.

Frankly I'd just like to be able to connect. Around half the time I get a "No active connection (Timeout)" error, and my connection is fine in every other app, email, online etc. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that if it happens mid-game, it drops you back at the menu!

As twodollar said, the app is also missing a lot of features, but I think getting it working properly should be the priority.
