Is it possible to annotate completed games on the Android app? Unless I'm missing something, it doesn't seem like you can

Yes. You can use a web browser app like Google Chrome to pull up the chess.com website.

It works well.

I am using it now.

I see, so it's possible on mobile but not the Android app itself. Thank you. I suppose that could be a potential improvement/addition in the future for the app

You can use the Analysis option after a game and play variations and then copy the PGN out for saving else where. However you can't add any annotations or notes.
