Annoying Pop-Up Dialog After Each Game - I Will Cancel Over This

The absolute worst feature of your site is the pop-up dialog which appears after every game that I cannot apparently turn off in any way. I don't want to search for another game because you think I do, and I don't want to Rematch because you think I do. I just want to be left in peace to search, rematch, or wander off, as I wish. I can't describe to you how insulting and annoying that constant pop-up with its accompanying sound is after every single game.

I think I will ask for a refund if there's no way to turn this off.

Yes, I written to chess.com's incompetent customer service, they don't give a shit.

Yeah, I know - they don't care. I'll just cancel my auto-pay and let the paid account run out and play for free after that. Whatever.

Gee, if the rematch popup annoys you, I'd love you to share with us your feelings about the advertising popups that will appear when your account reverts to "free" membership... 

Especially when (for me, at least) that pop up goes away without me having to click anything.  Really confused why it bothers you so much but okay.

You know what bothers me? As a technologist myself? That it's not configurable. That's what bothers me. A simple setting: Do you want the pop-up offering a rematch or seek? Or do you want nothing? Since I've written software for a living, I know this can be done.

I'm configuring a scenario where technologist is pissed no matter what happens.
