Annoying timer

Getting frustrated. No help in the FAQ, no way to powersearch in forums, can ANYONE just simply tell me how the h*** to turn off the timer?

Every game I'm in nends in 3moves and says [insert name here] won on time.

Any ideas?

What is your question? I don't understand what your asking. I thought that was an answer!

 

If you are losing on time then you should play your move before the time runs out.
