Another user

Everytime i try and log in it says that they have detected another log in, but i dont have any other pages up at that time.  What the hell does that mean, and how can i fix it?

Exact same thing is happening to me, even deleted my account and made a new one :(

The same thing happening with me (( I guess its due to some technical problems of website, because i noticed this occurs today only 13 october.

Hello! Can you send more details? When does the message show up (how much time after you log in)? Do you have multiple browser windows open? Any details will be helpful.

Hello, it happens permanently only when i want to start LIVE CHESS play. It says "another login detected" and goes back to main list. Many users are complaining today for this problem. I tried to restart PC and log but it comes over and over.  

The message pops up when Live chess is finished loading, and the seeks haven't come up yet.  I don't have mulitple browse windows open.  I have tried everything from restarting my computer to deleting my account and making a new one and still the problem persists.  I really love my live chess so pplease could you see to this urgently as I am in dire need of it :(

If you are and you have another browser- does the problem persist when you try to log in with that one too?
